Experience a full day trip to Edfu and Kom Ombo temples from Aswan in accompany of an expert Egyptologist tour guide. Journey north to Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek. Cross the river to Edfu, where you’ll ride by horse carriage to visit the majestic temple dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus.
You will be picked up by your tour guide from your hotel and take you on an exciting full-day tour to the temple sites of Kom Ombo and Edfu.
Kom Ombo differs from other temples in that it features a double entrance. Each of the entrances is dedicated to divinity: Haroeris with his falcon head and Sobek with his crocodile head. The temple was built to honor Sobek, the god of fertility and creator of the world, and Haroeris, or the ancient falcon-headed Horus.
you will then stop for lunch with your lunch box that is included. After lunch, you are then transferred to Edfu by road to visit the majestic temple dedicated to Horus which is considered by most to be the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt.

Deposit and Payment:

Tour Voucher:
After confirming your tour, we will email you Misr Travel voucher with final confirmation and contact details of your tour manager, customer care and additional information for your convenience. Please print this voucher and bring with you.
Cancellation Policy:
Misr Travel doesn’t charge a cancellation for tours and excursions cancelled for force majeure or reasons beyond control. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
