Arrive at Cairo, North Africa’s largest city. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by Misr Travel tour manager who will escort you through customs and immigration formalities. Transfer from the airport to your chosen hotel by private air conditioned deluxe coach.
After check-in, you are free to spend the rest of the day/evening at your leisure.

Meet your Egyptologist guide, and then head to one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the great Pyramids Plateau of Cheops, Chephren & Mykerinus (including entry inside of Chephren pyramid). Ride on camelback to the valley temple where the process of pharaohs mummification takes place before burial and see the enigmatic Sphinx. Explore the Solar boat museum, where you find the 142-feet-long funerary barge of Cheops. Stop for lunch at local restaurant, before driving to the Egyptian Museum, home to the most extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artefacts in the world, including the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamen, Egypt's most famous teenage king. View its famed royal Mummies hall, where nine mummified bodies of ancient royals can be seen on display including Ramses II.

Transfer to the airport this morning for a short flight to Luxor to board your luxury Nile cruise. After lunch aboard, begin your Luxor sightseeing with a visit to the monumental temple complex of Karnak. Walk through this extraordinary open-air museum, into the large open court and the tremendous Hypostyle hall of 134 columns towering above you like an ancient forest. Continue to Luxor temple via 2 kilometres avenues of Sphinxes, the royal processional path that once connected Luxor and Karnak temples. The impressive temple of Luxor dedicated to the god Amun Ra.

Begin your day of exploration with a journey to the famed location of over 62 tombs for Pharaohs on the West bank of the Nile. First, visit the famed tombs in the valley of the Kings and explore the beauty and mystery tomb of king boy Tutankhamen, the most vibrant colours and drawings of the burial chamber of Ramses VI. Continue to Dier el-Medina, the site of a very special workmen’s village, whose craftsmen built and decorated the tombs of the Pharaohs in the valley of the Kings and the temple of Medinet Habu. The tour also includes photo-stop at the enormous colossi of Memnon, impressive statues of Amenhotep III. Sail south to Edfu via Esna lock.

Enjoy the cool Nile to Edfu to visit the temple of Horus the falcon-headed sun god. This is one of the most beautifully preserved temples surviving from the age of the Pharaohs. Continue to Kom Ombo to visit the temple uniquely dedicated to two gods – Horus the Elder and the crocodile-headed Sobek. Crocodiles kept in the temple, and some mummified remains are on show.

Enjoy breakfast on board, begin your Aswan sightseeing with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, then continue with a motorboat trip to the temple dedicated to the goddess Isis of beautiful Philae island. The temple dismantled and recollected when the High Dam built 1960. After lunch on board, proceed your tour into the history and culture of Nubian. The Nubian museum is established in partnership with Unesco to save the monuments and heritage of the Nubia from the flooding of Lake Nasser when a dam built in the 1960.

Disembark from your Philae Nile cruise after breakfast, free at leisure or opting to Abu Simbel to see the impressive twin temples of Ramses II and his wife, Queen Nefertari. The two rock temples Abu Simbel were constructed and dedicated to King Ramses II and his beloved wife, Nefertari. After the construction of the High Dam of Aswan in the 1960's, the temple threatened to sink under the lake Nasser, so Egyptian Authorities collaborating with UNESCO dismantled and moved them to its current location to save it from floodwaters caused by the Aswan High Dam.
Transfer from Oberoi Philae Nile cruise to Aswan airport for return flight to Cairo. Meet upon arrival and transfer to the hotel for an afternoon at leisure.
