While it’s a fraction of the size of the big museum in Cairo, it offers more than enough ancient art and artifacts , all wonderfully displayed. it was inaugurated in Decembre 1975, It is the only museum in Egypt designed according to the rules of the new since of museology, It is a fine building allocated behind an English style garden, has a beautifule Nile view, it is on the midway between Karanak and Luxor temples, The Museum exhibits hundreds of sculptures and various pieces of straordinary ancient pharaonic artifacts, Every piece with specific interesting explanation.
