Your guide will pick you up from your hotel to take you to the El Fayoum area, about 90 miles (145km) from Cairo. First visit the Hawara Pyramid, built by King Amenemhat III. Next, visit the El Lahun Pyramid of King Senusert II, followed by another drive of about 25 miles (40km) to see the Meidum Pyramid.
Stop for lunch at a quality local restaurant before driving to Qarun Lake, the oldest natural lake in the world, famous for its bird-life. Afterwards, proceed to Fayoum museum, famous for its Roman-period mummy portraits and statues found throughout the Fayoum region. Then, continue to the waterfalls of Wadi el Rayaan national park, home of the endangered slender-horned gazelle. Take a trip to the oldest city in Egypt, Fayoum oasis, a paradise for photographers, bird-watchers, desert dwellers, archaeologists or people who want a get-away from the hustle and bustle of Cairo. At the end of your tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo.

Cancellation Policy:
