Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive at Cairo international airport; you will meet Misr Travel Tour manager who will escort you through customs and immigration formalities. Transfer from the airport to your chosen hotel by private air-conditioned deluxe coach. After check-in, you are free to spend the rest of the day/evening at your leisure.

Accommodation: Stay for 02 nights at Four Seasons Cairo Hotel at The First Residence

Day 2

Start your journey with your private Tour guide to the Pyramids complex, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Explore the Great Pyramid of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus. Lunch served at a local quality restaurant, before visiting the Egyptian Museum, home of the most extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts in the world, including the treasures of the boy King Tutankhamen. Afterwards, tour Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church of St. Mary and Ben Ezra synagogue. Next, stroll into Khan el Khalili Bazaar.

Day 3

Transfer to Cairo airport for a short flight to Luxor,"The world open -air museum". Meet and transfer to board your luxury Nile cruise. After lunch, tour the great temples complex at Karnak, the largest religious building ever constructed. Walk through this extraordinary open-air museum and into the sizeable Hypostyle hall of 134 columns towering above you like an ancient forest. Continue to Luxor temple. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 4

After breakfast, tour the famed location of over 64 tombs for Pharaohs and nobles on the West bank of the Nile. First explore the famed tombs in the Valley of the Kings, then continue to visit Deir el Medina. The tour also includes the visit to the immense Colossi of Memnon, two impressive statues of Amenhotep III. Proceed to visit temple of Queen Hatchepsut at Deir el Bahari. back to cruise for lunch, start sailing to Esna, dinner and overnight.

Day 5

Proceed sailing to Edfu via Esna lock. As you go upstream, you will view rural life in Egypt, methods of irrigation, farming, and animals. Here you will be fascinated by the coexistence of the ancient and modern ways of life which make Egypt a unique travel destination. In the late afternoon, visit the Temple of Horus the falcon-headed sun god. This is one of the most beautifully preserved temples surviving from the age of the Pharaohs. continue sailing and visit Temple of kom ombo and overnight.

Day 6

Sail to Aswan. breakfast on board, begin your Aswan sightseeing with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, then continue with a motorboat trip to the temple of Philae dedicated to the goddess Isis, world UNESCO national heritage. The temple was dismantled and recollected when the High Dam built 1960. back to cruise for lunch, in the afternoon visit the botanic garden, Overnight in Aswan.

Day 7

Disembark from your Zahra Nile cruise after breakfast, morning free at leisure. Alternatively, Opt to visit Abu Simbel Temples to see the impressive twin temples of Ramses II and his wife, Queen Nefertari. The entire site was disassembled and moved to its current location to save it from the floodwaters caused by the Aswan High Dam. Transfer to Aswan airport for the flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Overnight: in Cairo.

After breakfast, transfer in a private vehicle with Misr Travel tour manager and check-in for your onward flight.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid till April 30, 2026, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Reservation & Cancellation policy

  • A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and constitutes part of your final payment.
  • Full payment is due 30 days before the commencement of the tour.
  • The company has the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not received within this period. 
  • Tour prices and dates are correct at the time of the website going live, however, are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
  • Misr Travel accepts the credit and debit cards (Visa and Master Card) as well as a wire transfer.
  • We charged no credit card fees or hidden surcharges.

Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive cancellation requests per person.

The cancellation must be done by sending an email with 1) Name of the passenger 2) Passport number 

Cancellation fees.

  • 45 days before your arrival, 6% of the total tour price will be charged as a bank transaction fee.
  • From 40 to 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • From 29 to 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • From 14 to 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • From 7 to 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. 

Children Policy.

A: It differs from one tour to another.

  • 0 - 01.99 Free of Charge
    2 - 4.99 pay 25% of the tour price
    5 - 11.99 pay 50% of the tour price
    12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.

B: The policy is valid and applies to children sharing their parent’s rooms.

C: If the package includes Air Flight or Sleeping Train, then an extra charge applies as per the flight or train policy.

Single supplement:
This option is available for those who prefer traveling with others but prefer single accommodation. This will guarantee you your own room for every night of the tour. The number of single rooms we can offer is limited, so it’s best to book early.

Important Notes:
We highly recommend you book this trip as early as possible, preferably 50 days prior to departure. Reservations received within 30 days will be on request and subject to availability of accommodation.

For the International flight it will be according to the type booking policy , & concerning the Internal flight you can have just 1 piece with maximum of 20 kilograms (international dimensions).
