Itinerary

Day 1

Upon arrival at Cairo international airport, you will be met by Misr Travel tour manager who will escort you through customs and immigration. Transfer from the airport to your (centrally located Cairo) hotel by private air-conditioned deluxe coach.

After check-in, you are free to spend the rest of the day/evening at your leisure.

Accommodation: 2 nights at Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile Hotel

Day 2

Meet your Tour Guide for a private tour to Pyramids complex, the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World. Visit the Great Pyramid of Cheops, Chephren & Mykerinus and marvel at the enigmatic Sphinx and the valley temple. Proceed to the Egyptian Museum, housing the priceless artifacts recovered from the tomb of King Tutankhamen. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3

Today, you take an early flight to Aswan, Meet upon arrival and transfer to your Nile cruise ship for the next 03 nights. After lunch on board, visit the Aswan High Dam, an architectural feat built 1960. Then cross the Nile by motorboat to the well-preserved Philae temple complex, dedicated to the goddess Isis. The temple was dismantled and moved stone-by-stone to its current location following the construction of the High Dam.

Day 4

Enjoy the cool Nile breezes as you pass iconic monuments on the river banks to Kom Ombo and explore this double-temple that long ago dedicated to the Crocodile-headed god Sobek, and the Falcon-headed god, Horus. Next continue your Nile Journey to Edfu, the well-preserved temple dedicated to Horus, the falcon-headed god. Hear mesmerising tales about gods and goddesses such as Isis, Hathor, Osiris and Horus before you discover the courtyards, storerooms and sacred artwork at your leisure. Overnight in Edfu.

Day 5

Cruise down the Nile as you pass through the Esna Lock. Your Tour Guide will take you to the monumental temple complex of Karnak. Walk through this extraordinary open-air museum and into the Great open Court and the Great Hypostyle Hall of 134 columns towering above you like an ancient forest. Continue to the impressive temple of Luxor once was the centre of annual Opet festival via 2 kilometres avenues of Sphinxes, where the royal processional path that once connected the two temples

Day 6

Disembark from the cruise, begin your day of exploring with a journey to the famed location of over 62 tombs for Pharaohs on the West bank of the Nile. First, visit the famed tombs in The valley of the kings, then continue to the rock-cut temple of Queen Hatshepsut, Egypt’s only female ruler, rising out of the desert plain in a series of terraces. The tour also includes photo-stop at the gigantic Colossi of Memnon, impressive statues of Amenhotep IIIThis afternoon, you will head by private deluxe air-conditioned coach to Hurghada, part of the beautiful Red Sea Riviera for four days of beachside bliss! Overnight Hurghada.

Today will be at your leisure to relax at the hotel or choose from our many optional tours.

Day 9

After breakfast, transfer to the airport in a private vehicle for a flight to Cairo. Meet your guide and head to Coptic Cairo to visit Church of St. Sergius, where the Holy Family have stayed, the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Explore the mosque and madrasa of Sultan Hassan, built 1356, one of the masterpieces of Mamluk architectures. Then strolling into the winding alleys of the Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the heart of everyday activity, check your negotiating skills there before return to your hotel for an evening at leisure.

Transfer to Cairo International Airport and check-in for your onward flight.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid till April 30, 2026, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Reservation & Cancellation policy

  • A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and constitutes part of your final payment.
  • Full payment is due 30 days before the commencement of the tour.
  • The company has the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not received within this period. 
  • Tour prices and dates are correct at the time of the website going live, however, are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
  • Misr Travel accepts the credit and debit cards (Visa and Master Card) as well as a wire transfer.
  • We charged no credit card fees or hidden surcharges.

Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive cancellation requests per person.

The cancellation must be done by sending an email with 1) Name of the passenger 2) Passport number 

Cancellation fees.

  • 45 days before your arrival, 6% of the total tour price will be charged as a bank transaction fee.
  • From 40 to 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • From 29 to 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • From 14 to 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • From 7 to 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. 

Children Policy.

A: It differs from one tour to another.

  • 0 - 01.99 Free of Charge
    2 - 4.99 pay 25% of the tour price
    5 - 11.99 pay 50% of the tour price
    12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.

B: The policy is valid and applies to children sharing their parent’s rooms.

C: If the package includes Air Flight or Sleeping Train, then an extra charge applies as per the flight or train policy.

Single supplement:
This option is available for those who prefer traveling with others but prefer single accommodation. This will guarantee you your own room for every night of the tour. The number of single rooms we can offer is limited, so it’s best to book early.

Important Notes:
We highly recommend you book this trip as early as possible, preferably 50 days prior to departure. Reservations received within 30 days will be on request and subject to availability of accommodation.

For the International flight it will be according to the type booking policy , & concerning the Internal flight you can have just 1 piece with maximum of 20 kilograms (international dimensions).
